Any person actively engaged in music education in Westmoreland County may become an active member of this association from July 1 through June 30 of the next calendar year upon the payment of their dues, which are $15.
Only active members in good standing may vote, be elected to office, or have students participate in the festivals. Only members who are active as of September 20 are eligible to participate in festivals.
Retired Westmoreland County music educators are eligible for a lifetime membership that does not require a yearly renewal.
STEP ONE:

We need to maintain accurate membership records, especially with festival types and levels.
